How to create the perfect packaging

 
1.Design the packaging you want.

We will confirm the box type and inner tray according to your product first. The normal packagings are lid & base boxes, magnetic boxes, drawer boxes, folding boxes, mailer boxes, and paper bags. Then we will confirm with you about the design, color, logo, and special finishing you want. And we will add your website, social media info, phone number, company address, and slogan on the packaging.

Also, it needs to confirm the color & shades, font & boldface, position for each text & logo, size, etc. After all the details and artwork are confirmed, the quotation would be offered within 2 hours.

2.Select the right packaging you need

Select a better packaging based on your budget. When all details are confirmed, including box type, size, color, special finishing on your logo, final quantity, inner tray, etc. The quotation will be provided within the same day, normally within 2 hours. The quotation will include all the details we discussed, the weight and cubic space, shipping options, production lead time, sampling time and cost, etc. It can then be combined with a comprehensive assessment of whether you are satisfied. If not, we will discuss and adjust, Select and confirm a final solution together.

3.Confirm if it’s the correct box you need.

Start sampling and ship samples to get your approval first. After the artwork and details are confirmed, Please pay the sample fee for us to arrange the production of samples. We will share all steps of the sample production and take photos & videos to confirm to avoid any misunderstanding. Remaking the samples will bring additional costs. After the sample is completed, it will be confirmed again by photos and videos before sending it out. If there is no problem, then we can arrange to test and send samples to customers for confirmation.

4.Small trial order to test.

The samples would be received within seven days normally. If customers receive the samples and find some details that need to be adjusted, they can contact us freely to discuss and improve.

If the customer is satisfied with the sample, it’s suggested to place a trial order to confirm the quality of mass production and test the market & customer feedback.

This will take more time, but the cost and risk will be much smaller. If the market positioning and feedback are not good, you can adjust the type of packaging and design again in time.

5.Attract more customers and earn more profits

If the market and customer feedback are good after testing through small batches of products, we can improve and upgrade our packaging, adjust the sales price and segment different markets according to the customers’ suggestions and feedback.
