About Samples​

A: No problems! We’re glad to produce custom samples based on your artwork and all info we confirmed. And ship to you to approve before mass orders. It will cost about $50 for DHL.

A: Yes! It’s appreciated to offer several custom samples with digital printing for Free to support and save the time. The sizes, materials and handmade are correct to check the function. But there are color difference and extra costs if with special finishing like hot foil or need to ship to you.

A: Doable if for emergency. But it’s advised against skipping samples. Samples confirm material quality, color accuracy, construction, and final finish. Proceeding without a sample approval significantly increases the risk of costly errors in mass production.

A: No problems. Glad to refund the sample costs even usually no profit on samples. It’s appreciated to refund the sample costs as mass order placed.

About Production

A: Paper Boxes including custom folding boxes for apparel, rigid boxes for cosmetics, drawer boxes for shoes, customized magnetic boxes for ​​wigs​​, and corrugated mailer boxes for shipping. We also offer custom wholesale paper gift bags.

Paper Bags: Standard production 10-15 days. Handmade Boxes: Standard production 15-20 days.
Corrugated / Card Boxes: Standard production 10-15 days.
Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days by DHL. About 30 days if by sea / trains.

A: Standard colors include metallic foils (gold, silver, copper, rose gold) and a wide palette of vibrant pantone-matched foils. Request the physical foil swatch book, digital color chart for selection and more pictures of real samples.

A: Yes. Inside printing is available for all products. Note:This incurs additional costs due to double printing

A: Matte lamination (elegant feel), Gloss lamination (vibrant shine), Spot UV (textured accents), Foil Stamping (luxe metallic elements), Embossing (raised logos/text), and custom die-cutting for unique shapes/windows.

A: This depends on the box style. Our templates clearly show the safe printing area for each style.

A: Yes. PMS colors are easily matched when Pantone numbers are provided in your design file.

A: Air shipping included DHL,FedEx, UPS. And door to door with tax by sea or train. Save shipping costs by choosing lighter materials, designing foldable/flat-pack boxes, consolidating shipments, selecting ground shipping, or maximizing pallet efficiency, and starting earlier.

A:CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) blends 4 standard inks. Pantone uses premixed inks to ensure precise color matching, particularly for specific brand logo colors.

A: Usually same costs if all colors are printed in CMYK. But with extra costs if CMYK puls pantone colors.

A: No MOQ to support. Higher quantities yield better unit pricing. 500 units are recommended for cost efficiency due to base setup fees (≈$100 regardless of 10 or 500 units).

A: Based on package weight, carton dimensions, destination, and shipping method.

A: Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.

A: Vector files are essential (AI/EPS with outlined fonts and embedded images). For complex elements: layered hi-res (300dpi+) PSD or PDF/X-1a files. Include all linked assets/fonts.

About Quality

A: Contact us immediately and share some photos and videos about the damage. We will call the shipping company to file a claim and propose compensation plans within 8 hours.

A: Of course! All paper/cardboard is widely recyclable. Our processes comply with municipal recycling standards.

A: Contact support within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos, batch numbers, and defect details. We will investigate promptly and offer replacements, discounts, or refunds per our policy.

A: Solutions include: partial air shipping (DHL), reprints, discounts, or refunds. We prioritize urgent cases.

A: Each paper boxes are packed individually in a poly bag and shipped in sturdy strong outer cartons. Corrugated boxes are palletized and stretch-wrapped. Special scratch-resistant coatings (like soft-touch) are great helpful.

A: Folding cartons: Measured in points/pt or GSM (e.g., 18pt, 24pt, 300gsm). Corrugated: Measured by ECT (Edge Crush Test) rating or flute type/burst strength (e.g., B-Flute, 200# ECT). Consult our material spec sheets. The thickness betweet samples and mass production much be same!

A: Standard checks: pre-production proofs, material verification, color matching (spectrometers), print registration, glue tests, dimension checks, and AQL-based final inspections.

A: 60-day quality guarantee. Unacceptable quality? We will promptly remake or provide a suitable resolution if the quality is not good enough.
