Q1: Do samples ship to approve before larger orders?
A: No problems! We’re glad to produce custom samples based on your artwork and all info we confirmed. And ship to you to approve before mass orders. It will cost about $50 for DHL.
Q3: Do you provide free customized samples?
A: Yes! It’s appreciated to offer several custom samples with digital printing for Free to support and save the time. The sizes, materials and handmade are correct to check the function. But there are color difference and extra costs if with special finishing like hot foil or need to ship to you.
Q3: To save time/money, can we skip samples and go straight to mass production?
A: Doable if for emergency. But it’s advised against skipping samples. Samples confirm material quality, color accuracy, construction, and final finish. Proceeding without a sample approval significantly increases the risk of costly errors in mass production.
Q4: Is the sample cost able to refund?
A: No problems. Glad to refund the sample costs even usually no profit on samples. It’s appreciated to refund the sample costs as mass order placed.
Q5: How long for samples production and shipping?

A: Matte provides a sophisticated, non-reflective look. Gloss creates vibrant shine and offers slightly enhanced scuff resistance.
Q7: Which foil stamping colors are available?
A: Standard colors include metallic foils (gold, silver, copper, rose gold) and a wide palette of vibrant pantone-matched foils. Request the physical foil swatch book, digital color chart for selection and more pictures of real samples.
Q8: Can you print inside of the boxes and bags?
A: Yes. Inside printing is available for all products. Note:This incurs additional costs due to double printing

A: This depends on the box style. Our templates clearly show the safe printing area for each style.
Q11:Can you print both CMYK and Pantone (PMS) colors?
A: Yes. PMS colors are easily matched when Pantone numbers are provided in your design file.
Q12: What are the common shipping methods? How to save the shipping costs?
A: Air shipping included DHL,FedEx, UPS. And door to door with tax by sea or train. Save shipping costs by choosing lighter materials, designing foldable/flat-pack boxes, consolidating shipments, selecting ground shipping, or maximizing pallet efficiency, and starting earlier.

A: Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Q6: What is the optimal file format for submitting my logo/design?
A: Vector files are essential (AI/EPS with outlined fonts and embedded images). For complex elements: layered hi-res (300dpi+) PSD or PDF/X-1a files. Include all linked assets/fonts.

A: Contact us immediately and share some photos and videos about the damage. We will call the shipping company to file a claim and propose compensation plans within 8 hours.
Q2: Are the materials recyclable and environmentally friendly?
A: Of course! All paper/cardboard is widely recyclable. Our processes comply with municipal recycling standards.
Q3: How to resolve quality issues with my delivered order?
A: Contact support within 24 hours of delivery. Provide photos, batch numbers, and defect details. We will investigate promptly and offer replacements, discounts, or refunds per our policy.
Q4: What happens if my order is delayed and I miss a promotion date?
A: Solutions include: partial air shipping (DHL), reprints, discounts, or refunds. We prioritize urgent cases.
Q5: How to prevent scratches during production and shipping?
A: Each paper boxes are packed individually in a poly bag and shipped in sturdy strong outer cartons. Corrugated boxes are palletized and stretch-wrapped. Special scratch-resistant coatings (like soft-touch) are great helpful.
Q6: How to test and compare material thicknesses?
A: Folding cartons: Measured in points/pt or GSM (e.g., 18pt, 24pt, 300gsm). Corrugated: Measured by ECT (Edge Crush Test) rating or flute type/burst strength (e.g., B-Flute, 200# ECT). Consult our material spec sheets. The thickness betweet samples and mass production much be same!
Q7: What standard quality inspections are performed during production?
A: Standard checks: pre-production proofs, material verification, color matching (spectrometers), print registration, glue tests, dimension checks, and AQL-based final inspections.
Q8: How many days quality guaranteed? What to do if we're not happy for the quality?
A: 60-day quality guarantee. Unacceptable quality? We will promptly remake or provide a suitable resolution if the quality is not good enough.
